Madam is an African-American entrepreneur who has made her own beauty products.
Inventions
Madam has made hair products since 1905 that does not damage your hair and makes you grow healthy hair. The left is the old version, and on the right is the new, modern version.
Lifetime
Madam was born on December 23, 1867 in Delta,LA. Her parents were Minerva and Owen Breedlove. They were both slaves. Her original name was Sarah Breedlove. Her parents died when she was 7 and she had an abusive brother-in-law. She got married at 14, but became a widow and a mother at 20. Her best life moment was when she decided to make her own hair product because she was concerned about other hair products damaging your hair.
